Freestanding

Freestanding tub - Also referred to as standalone or soaking tubs. We base our designs on patterns from circa 1860-1903 but our freestanding tubs offer a modern styling that can serve as the focal point of a bathroom. Freestanding tubs stand on the floor and can be supplied with or without legs or a pedestal. Most are cast or hand crafted in one piece, whilst some have an independent pedestal base.

Double ended

Double Ended tubs - Equipped with two rounded or square ends,  double ended bathtubs allow for your choice of bathing position. The ‘level’ tub rim allows a more armchair like bathing well. Available with pedestal or feet these bathtubs have a center drain configuration and side-mounting faucet. Depending on the length, they may be able to fit two people.

Clawfoot

Clawfoot or Footed tub - A very traditional style bathtub that combines practical function with timeless beauty, then a clawfoot tub may be the best choice for your bathroom. Perfect for lounging and relaxing after a long day, clawfoot bathtubs are available a few styles and a variety of unique feet options. Most of the clawfoot tubs are raised off the floor by “legs” or “feet.” Many have what’s known as “ball and feet.” In other words, the clawed foot, which often resembles the clawed paw of an animal like a lion, is resting on a ball. However, our designs draw inspiration from European designs and have both ornate and more clean designs, such as the Hoof, Scroll and fleur-de-lis.

Slipper

Slipper tubs - Distinguished by their high-back construction which provides a more comfortable seating position, one end of these tubs is designed for lounging while the other end is reserved for plumbing. The ‘sabot’ slipper style is a stylistic design choice but does not have the symmetry of design of the double slipper or ‘bateau’.

Pedestal

Pedestal tub - Pedestal tubs are a very popular choice for those looking for a vintage style but with a more modern look and convenience. These tubs are shaped like the classic clawfoot, double-ended, or the double slipper styles. Instead of resting on legs, however, this type of vintage tub rests on a pedestal or base. Some styles have an integral plinth, where the base is part of the casting, we also have a couple of styles where the base is cast or hand made separately and attached to the tub body.

Double slipper

Double Slipper Tubs – These lounging tubs are designed similarly to double ended tubs, but both ends feature a high-back slipper construction for comfortable lounging from either end of the tub. Double slipper boat bathtubs or 'bateau' baths have a center drain configuration and side-mounting faucet. Depending on the length of the tub, double slipper tubs can easily accommodate two people.  If you prefer to lounge in the tub with a place to rest your head, the slipper bathtub gives you all the support you’ll need. The high back of our ‘Saint’ designs come up over the shoulders so that you slide down deep into the tub for the deepest, most comfortable bathe available.
